What is My Account?

"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at POSHTICK.COM. You can manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged, it gets processed internally (and immediately). POSHTICK.COM will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email addressand sms on your mobile associated with your POSHTICK.COM order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Is it necessary to have a Subscription on POSHTICK.com account to shop?

While it is not necessary to have a POSHTICK.COM account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID.

How do I pay for a POSHTICK.COM purchase?

POSHTICK.COM offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that POSHTICK.COM’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.You can pay by all major credit cards and debit cards issued by Indian banks. You can also use Internet Banking,Cash on Delivery and POSHTICK.COM Wallet to make your purchase.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on POSHTICK.COM, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. With C-O-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

Are there any terms and conditions for a Cash on Delivery purchase?

The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is ₹ 2,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment.

How do I pay using a credit card?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards issued in India. POSHTICK.COM cannot currently process international credit cards.To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

How do I pay using a debit card?

We accept debit cards issued by all banks in India. POSHTICK.COM cannot currently process international debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on POSHTICK.COM?

Your online transaction on POSHTICK.COM is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. POSHTICK.COM uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.All credit card and debit card payments on POSHTICK.COM are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. Banks in India now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

How do I place Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?

Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery".Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to us at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

Terms & Conditions:

The maximum order value for C-o-D is ₹2,000

Cash-only payment at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately you will not be able to place a C-o-D order in case you have returned your last two C-o-D orders from your doorstep. In such a scenario, the C-o-D option will become available only after you make 3 successful Pre-Paid orders. 

Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with POSHTICK.COM. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out, we will send you a mail with the shipping details. Or you can ask with customer care for check your current status of orders.

What is the estimated delivery time and charges?
TheFingeBox’s delivery systems are designed to provide you with below delivery time.Our working hours are from 9am – 7pm

POSHTICK.COM  have two types of working days  for Delivery

1) DELHI/NCR – You will receive your order within 2-3 working days of placing it on the website.

2) ROI(Rest of India/Rest of DELHI/NCR)-You will receive your order within 5-7 working days of placing it on the website

Minimum value of the order should be ₹ 350.

No minimum order value is required for this delivery.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through our own delivery team “TFB Logistics” for Delhi/NCR & We process all deliveries through 3rd Party Logistic for ROI (Rest of India)
What about hidden costs (sales tax etc)?

We charge Rs 100 for shipping orders below Rs 350 (without taxes). A flat rate of 14.5% Value Added Tax is charged on all items. 

Cancellations and Returns

 What is POSHTICK.com’s return policy?

If you have received a damaged or expired product, you can get a replacement within 4 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 4 Day Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on POSHTICK.COM. Products purchased on POSHTICK.COM can be returned within a 4 day period if unopened and in resalable condition. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for pick up of product. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same on POSHTICK.COM

How do I return a damaged or expired product for a new replacement?

Notify us of the damaged or expired product as soon as possible. In line with our 4 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 4 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement. We will arrange the reverse pick up for your order through our own delivery team or use 3rd part delivery team.Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it.

How do I cancel an order?

In case you have a Pre-Paid order, you can cancel your order anytime before the delivery. We will transfer your amount into Store Credit after 5% deduction. Please understand that for a Pre-Paid order we give Time-Bound delivery for which we incur a good amount of expense and hence the deduction. In case you have a C-o-D order, you can cancel your order anytime before it has been despatched.Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case the delivery has already been made.

 How can I cancel items in my order?

In order to cancel an item in your order:
- Log into your Box.com account and go to the "My Orders" page
- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding "View Details" link
- In the detailed order page, you will see "Cancel" links against each of the items in that order
- Click on the "Cancel" link, indicate the reason for cancellation and confirm cancellation
- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible. For more information, you can get in touch with our Customer Support.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate the transfer of that amount to Store Credit. You will be notified of the same.
